Flue Gas Treatment
Turnkey systems for flue gas treatment in waste incinerators and furnaces
Gericke offers turnkey systems for flue gas treatment in waste incinerators and furnaces. Gericke has supplied these installations as turn-key projects, which includes controls, silos, pneumatic conveying to the final dosing point, static mixer and site assembly. For smaller capacities, big bag dosing installations are also available.
For better air quality
Powdered activated carbon (PAC) is dosed in dry powder form into flue gas for the removal of dioxins, furans, mercury and other heavy metals from flue gases.
Gericke supplies complete solutions for the handling of bulk solids. These complete installations are characterised by their clean, accurate, trouble-free, and dust-free operation.
Feeding of activated carbon
Gericke systems also achieve the homogeneous distribution of a few gram of PAC into greater than 100.000 of m3/h flue gas by utilising special static mixing equipment.
The dosing plant operates fully automatically by means of a local feeder controller with connection to a PLC controller.
