Where automation meets process know-how
With the in-house solutions GUC-F for feeding and dosing and the STP 61 for pneumatic conveying, customers can save programming costs with preconfigured and approved controllers. Independent and dedicated controllers increase the flexibility and availability of a system. The STP 61 for example allows to run the conveying system also during commissioning or maintenance procedures whilst the PLC is being updated.
The experience is that customers save a lot of time by using an STP 61 controller in addition to a PLC. All controllers can run independently or interacting with a PLC utilising a variety of the latest state of the art interfaces.
Control design and programming
Gericke can specify, develop and supply automation and control designs that integrate safety standards and provide suitable visualisation and recipe management in order to guarantee an economical system with a high degree of flexibility.
The software is intensively tested before delivery to reduce the time required for commissioning in the factory. Customers can select various options to take advantage of our service support via remote access to the system controller after commissioning.
Visualisation
Gericke offer platform-independent systems that offer maximum ease of operation and provide recipe management, trend displays and alarm logs customized to the requirements and specifications of the system operator.
The automation team is able to build a user friendly HMI or a full integration into a local system. The Gericke teams also often work together with existing automation partners from their customers to design and build the automation system needed.
