Gericke delivers equipment for the entire handling of raw materials. Dust free operation, nitrogen blanketing and ATEX certification are all areas of Gericke expertise. Special alloys can be used for the equipment to enhance corrosion resistance. Our project engineers are used to managing the required project documentation. Gericke has designed pneumatic conveying systems for more than 90 years and we have delivered batch mixers to the chemical industry for more than 100 years.
Containment and safety
Dust containment and the automated, pneumatic loading of reaction vessels are a growing demand of chemical sites, an application where Gericke has key expertise.
Very high feeding accuracy, even at low feed rates, assures process compliance. Gericke’s feeder range includes screw feeders and vibro feeders, and these can operate in either volumetric or gravimetric modes.
After the crystallization and drying process, a special Gericke machine, the Nibbler, is widely used for calibration of the granule size.
